- Diaper cakes are great for baby showers, new mommy gifts, baptism/christening gifts, or just because! Cakes can be custom designed to coordinate with the nursery or shower theme. Large cakes use approximately 70 Size 1 Pampers Swaddlers diapers and are priced from $48. Small cakes are two tier, use about 55 Size 1 Pampers Swaddlers diapers and are priced from $38.
