- Diaper cakes are great for baby showers, new mommy gifts, baptism/christening gifts, or just because! Cakes can be custom designed to coordinate with the nursery or shower theme. Large cakes use approximately 70 Size 1 Pampers Swaddlers diapers and are priced from $48. Small cakes are two tier, use about 55 Size 1 Pampers Swaddlers diapers and are priced from $38. Mini cakes are $20. Shipping is $8 to $13 depending upon the destination (ships from Maryland). Choose from one of my templates or let me create a personalized cake just for you!
